About the Ejisu Kwaso Community
Ejisu Kwaso is a rural community in the Ejisu Municipal District where residents face challenges accessing safe and reliable drinking water. Many households rely on wells that are often distant or of poor quality, and water shortages affect both people and livestock. Limited access to clean water impacts health, livelihoods, and daily life. This project will provide a sustainable source of safe water to address these challenges.
Borehole Technical Specifications
- Borehole Depth: 45 metres
- Pump Type: Hand pump
- Water Quality Test: Conducted by Ghana Water Company Limited (GWCL) to ensure the water meets national drinking water standards
- Livestock Trough: A dedicated trough to supply water for animals, supporting both household and livelihood needs
