Markaz Aleawn Alyaqin Humanitarian Service
History
Markaz Aleawn Alyaqin Humanitarian Service traces its beginnings to the late 1980s, when a small act of compassion toward orphans and the less privileged grew into a lifelong mission of service to humanity. What started as community outreach providing education, water, and religious guidance has evolved into a structured humanitarian organization committed to improving lives across Ghana.
The organization was formally established to continue and strengthen this legacy of support—empowering the needy, uplifting the vulnerable, and building sustainable communities. Our mission is to ensure that every child has access to quality education, every community enjoys clean and safe water, every household benefits from quality healthcare, and every individual—especially widows and youth—receives opportunities for skill training and self-reliance.
Through the generosity of our donors and the dedication of our volunteers, we have successfully implemented numerous projects, including the drilling of solar-powered boreholes, the distribution of food baskets and iftar meals during Ramadan, and the supply of Qur’ans to Islamic schools and centers of learning.
Today, Markaz Aleawn Alyaqin Humanitarian Service stands as a beacon of hope—committed to compassion, integrity, and sustainable development. We continue to work tirelessly to expand our reach, empower communities, and make life better for the vulnerable across Ghana and beyond.
